Below is a table giving the rates for hiring a room (in £) for several popular periods of time.
These rates (held since 2007) are valid from 1 September 2009 until 31 August 2010.

- Bookings are available in half hour blocks
- Room hire rates for other times are available on request from the Bookings Secretary.
- A total of half an hour non chargeable time is allowed for setting up and clearing any room (in addition to the normal booking period).
