Second Sunday

Worship is our heart’s response to God. It is an attitude of thankfulness and praise that not only happens at church on Fridays and Sundays but also overflows into every part of our lives. It is a time to listen to God; to be influenced by what we hear; and to be changed by the Holy Spirit. These are the guiding values of the Second Sunday evening services.

Once a month at 6:30pm, we invite you to join in our Second Sunday worship. The service aims to be distinctive, informal and inclusive. It will be firmly Bible-based and there will be times for participation and sharing; time for singing; and time for reflective prayer. You will be made very welcome. It is for everyone. Please join us in this new venture.

At present the Second Sunday team members are Judy Dixon, Mike Dixon, Georgie Head, Chris Mannall, Michael Noble, Brian Scott and Jo Wales-Smith. The team will be planning and leading the services, at least until the new format is established. Forthcoming services are:
