Welcome to Christchurch Ilkley. We are a place and a people of welcome and meeting.

Christchurch Ilkley is a loving church - people of different ages, theological persuasions, and backgrounds all testify to the welcome they have received, and the place they have found within the church as a spiritual home. Whether it’s community activities in the spacious and busy premises, prayer times throughout the week, or in housegroups, this meeting in love continues throughout the week.

Our worship is both contemporary and traditional, for on Sunday mornings, in two very different services we meet the needs of modern ‘non-churchy’ worship as well as more traditional worship styles. The coffee served between these two services is another time to meet each other in Christian love. ..

Our building with its large Victorian spire is central to the town and open for quiet meditation or, in the Coffee Centre, refreshments Monday to Saturday.  

Our vision is for Christ to be at the heart of the church at the centre of the town. If you read this website, visit the town or the church, or hear about us from contacts, I hope you find that we are striving towards this vision!
